Your initial visit involves a thorough assessment of your current oral health, typically lasting 60-90 minutes. In addition to establishing a personal connection with you, we will:

  • Listen attentively to your concerns and expectations.
  • Review your comprehensive dental and medical history.
  • Engage in a detailed discussion about any previous dental treatments and concerns.
  • Perform necessary x-rays to assess for cavities, bone loss, infections, and other issues.
  • Conduct a comprehensive oral and dental exam, including charting of existing dental work and assessment of gums and bones.
  • Conduct a head and neck oral cancer examination.
  • Following the assessment, we will engage in a detailed discussion with you, address any inquiries you may have, and collaboratively devise a treatment plan if necessary.
  • It is crucial to schedule regular checkups following this examination.
  • In certain complex situations requiring more time, a subsequent visit may be scheduled to complete the examination.
